Coordination with the operations, store manager, mall engineering, contractors and lessor with regards to the work permit, guidelines, guard posting and personnel to be assigned during the refacing- Monitor and make sure that project timelines are met
Check quality of works and materials used based on standard guidelines and specifications
- Provide weekly monitoring reports of the projects handled
Can make sound decisions at site
QUALIFICATIONS:- With at least 1 year experience in construction as Project Engineer
Willing to travel North & South Luzon areas
- Can work on extended hours
Keen in details- Ability to work under pressure
Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
