Job Qualifications:- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
Registered Civil Engineer- Minimum of 2 years related experience or 5 years related experience in lieu of PRC license
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible and focused on the technical details of mechanical, fire protection, plumbing and electrical works of the project.
Supervises the progress of the project.
- Project management Team Meeting.
Construction coordination or technical meeting, design meeting.- Prepares and issues minutes, when presence is required in the meeting.
- Inspects the mechanical, fire protection, plumbing and electrical components of the project.
Monitors the quality assurance and inspection works being conducted by the contractor's quality control.- Conducts regular project walk-thru together with the contractor to check on the progress of work and spot potential problems in terms of mechanical, fire protection, plumbing and electrical make-up.
- 3. Site Safety and Health Management
- Assist the PM Team in ensuring that good housekeeping is diligently practiced within the company's site offices and facilities.
Ensures that the contractors and suppliers implement security and safety programs for the project.
- Monitors contractor's individual project schedules and critical milestone dates to ensure timely project completion of mechanical, fire protection, plumbing and electrical work accomplishment.
Advices the Project Management (PM), Owner/ Developer and the contractors of any constraints and critical factors that may be a cause for delay in the completion of the project and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Handles the preparation of claims for change to ensure timely resolution, approval and execution of the claims.
Coordinate with QS in preparing budgetary estimates for bid proposals.- Endorses complied daily and weekly reports and records to the Project Manager for monthly update compilation.
- Handles the administrative aspects of bidding, negotiation, and award of contract packages.
Handles Design Addenda, Project Managers Instructions (PMI), Request for Information (RFI), Substitution Request (SUR) and like in cases necessary for proper contract management.- Reviews and interprets mechanical, fire protection, plumbing and electrical contract documents, drawing and specifications.
Checks and monitors compliance of turn-over documents.
- Updates monthly monitoring of punch-lists and the final inspection and acceptance certificate.

Pay: Php38,000.00 - Php43,000.00 per month
