JOB DESCRIPTION:- Develop detailed civil engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.- Collaborate with other engineers to integrate designs into overall project plans.
Coordinate and oversee civil engineering activities across multiple construction projects.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and financial goals are met.- Conduct site inspections to verify the quality of civil work and adherence to project plans.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams.- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and clients.
Ensure all civil work adheres to safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Promote a culture of safety on-site and participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
Prepare and maintain documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering At least 5-10 years experience in project development and implementation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Plan swift, ACAD or primavera
