Duties and Responsibilities:
Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements.
Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management.
Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements and reviewing bids from contractors.
Determines project specifications by studying product design, and performance standards.
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Remain professional when feedback is delivered, and implementing any changes to drafts as soon as possible.
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
Requirements:
Licensed Civil Engineer: Must possess a valid license in Civil Engineering.
Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam).
Must have minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Project Management Experience.
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
