Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Licensure as a Professional Engineer is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of project experience in the construction industry.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
- Thorough understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies.
- Capable of performing cost estimation, basic quantity surveying, and understanding billing processes.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, etc.).
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to handle people and delegate tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably resides in Cavite.
- Immediate availability for work.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, and report to stakeholders regularly.
- Resolve technical issues and conflicts that arise during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials and equipment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive team environment and promote continuous learning and development.
