Requirements:

Registered Civil Engineer (preferably)- - 3-5 years experience in actual site construction
- - Having excellent supervisory skills during actual project site operations
- - Outstanding subcontractor management skills
- - Knowledge of relevant engineering softwares (autocad, excel, ms project, planswift, etc.)
- - Full time position, willing to start ASAP
Job Description:
- Supervise construction works of a government housing project in Pulilan, Bulacan
- Prepare complete rebar cutting lists, request & delivery schedules of different structures.
- Prepare strategic plan on how to handle the mobility and access of delivery trucks on project site.
- Conduct actual inspection and approval on all re bars installed prior to any concrete pouring activity.
- Prepares actual estimate (volume quantity) of different type of design mix to be used for canvassing of suppliers.
- Prepare actual detailed estimate (volume quantity) of different type of design based on approved concrete blocking schedule. Coordinate with purchasing department the accredited suppliers of concrete by the Owner or CM. Arrange all requirements needed for the facilitation of concrete trial mixes with different design mixes on different suppliers. Prepare PRS for all the materials to be used for every cut-off of pouring.
- Performs actual inspection of casted structures after stripping of forms to check the outcome of pouring works.
- Prepare actual estimate (formworks including accessories) to be used in ordering materials at warehouse or supplier.
- Prepare request for all the materials needed based on the approved concrete blocking schedule.
- Conduct actual inspection and approval to all forms installed prior to any concrete pouring activity.
- Prepares subcon billings
- Reports to the Construction Manager.
