The position is primarily responsible for providing administrative and general staff assistance to the Division Manager and to the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain general control of filing system of all memoranda, correspondences, reports and documents for record purposes.
Attends to all incoming and outgoing correspondences and ensures that these are promptly given to the appropriate personnel.- Takes charge of collecting and distributing/routing communication materials.
Graduate of any business-related course- Good communication skills
Willing to be assigned in Bacoor, Cavite
Willing to accept a fixed 6-month contract
