Job Description: As a Project Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of renewable energy projects from conception to execution, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Requirements : - Lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of new renewable energy project opportunities in line with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk assessments for potential project sites.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and oversee project execution from initiation to completion.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders including landowners, government agencies, local communities, and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and financial metrics to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the renewable energy sector.
- Qualification : - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- 8-12 years of experience in project management and development
- Proven track record of successfully developing and delivering renewable energy projects, preferably in the Philippines.
- Understanding of renewable energy technologies, project finance, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar software.
- Familiarity with GIS software and other tools used for site assessment and project development.
