Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction market.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Qualify leads and maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our services and project capabilities.
- Create customized proposals that address client requirements and project specifications.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Close deals effectively while adhering to company policies and pricing structures.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and design teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings and project delivery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the construction industry, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- In-depth understanding of construction processes, project management, and the competitive landscape of the industry.
