JOB SUMMARY:PROJECT DEVELOPMENT DIVISION MANAGER will be in charge of the overall preparation of Water Supply and Sanitation Proposals for both Business Development and Business Operations Stage.
Works as an overall Project Development Division Head from Feasibility Studies, Technical Write-ups, Service Level Obligations, and Costing of Financial Expenditures under Joint Venture Agreements with Local Government Units and Water Districts across the country.
- Performs initial site visits for Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM), covering hydrological and hydrogeological aspects, to prepare Water Resources Availability Reports.
Develops Water Demand Projections for Level III and Bulk Water Supply Projects, including population forecasts, consumption estimates, variations in demand factors, and Non-Revenue Water (NRW) assessments.- Evaluates Water Supply Design elements such as hydraulic models, pump specifications, and water storage capacities, integrating them into the comprehensive Program of Works.
Conducts Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) calculations for the entire program, encompassing source development, pipeline installation, construction of water storage facilities, meter replacements, etc.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or higher in any Engineering Course or other related fields.
- Must be a Licensed Professional
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the water industry design and operations
Proficient in MS Office Applications, AutoCAD, GIS, and other Hydraulic/Hydrologic Software- Strong understanding of hydraulic principles, fluid dynamics, and water/wastewater systems.
Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and the ability to translate findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and effectively.
Willing to be assigned in Makati City.
