Job Description

Vendor Governance
o Assist all new vendors in accreditation, onboarding and offboarding
o Review all requirements before endorsing to purchasing for vendor accreditation; address any delays on vendor accreditation and expedite as needed
o Monitor accreditation expiration and provide IT visibility on those expired or near expiration
o Maintain vendor database, including key information on vendors, vendor classification, key contacts, etc.
o Keep track of vendor commitments and responses to regulatory requirements
o Compile and analyze vendor related metrics that will help manage vendor relationship and delivery better
o Compile and analyze vendor related metrics to help the client's organization make better decisions

Vendor Workforce Management
o Review and process all requests related to contract-based resource onboarding; closely work with HR to execute end-to-end process
o Act as a single point of contact in IT and address concerns related to contract-based resources, from onboarding to offboarding
o Provide inputs to improve end-to-end contracting process

Vendor Contract Management
o Assist in gathering copies of all IT contracts (MSA, SOW, order forms, etc.)
o Maintain contract inventory and monitor expiration of contracts; ensure contracts are renewed on time prior expiration
o Recommend contract review process enhancements to reduce overall turnaround time in closing contracts
