We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by providing top-notch support and building strong relationships. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Can conduct project kickoff meetings to communicate project goals, roles, and responsibilities to team members.
- Identify project resource needs and allocate resources effectively to ensure project success.
- Knows how to monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed to optimize project performance.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and critical path analyses.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and deadlines, identifying and addressing potential delays or issues.
- Implement strategies to keep projects on track and minimize schedule deviations.
- best if related to similar industry of managing customer projects for apps, websites, design projects or software projects.
- good english communication skills
- ability to handle irate customers and customer facing communications such as outbound calls regarding customer projects
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BPO or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
- Willing to work onsite and night shift at IT Park, Cebu City.
