Key Responsibilities:- Broker Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the company's network of brokers.
Act as the main point of contact for brokers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering support as needed.
Assist in the preparation and dissemination of sales materials and documentation to brokers.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate provision of necessary information to brokers.
- Documentation and Record Keeping:
Manage and organize all sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.
Maintain accurate records of broker interactions, transactions, and commission details.
- Communication and Coordination:
Facilitate communication between the sales team, brokers, and internal departments.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and events involving brokers and the sales team.
Stay informed about real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide relevant information to brokers.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in real estate sales coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Residing within Calamba, Laguna (near Brgy. Paciano Hall and Majada Out)
