- Project Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
Monitoring the daily progress of projects.
- Providing detailed updates to the management.
Ensuring the laborers have the supplies and resources needed to complete the assigned task on time and within the budget limits.
Develop and manage multiple projects, starting from the Pre-Development Phase through Commercial Operation
Manage the daily activities in the project management and project team.
Report daily/weekly on the status of projects, and regularly report on Issues and Risks.
- Establish, maintain and lead the on-site quality management process
Visit project sites on a frequent basis.
Responsible for establishing and running the project with the objective of ensuring all projects are delivered using a best-practice project delivery approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality.
Ensure detailed project, implementation or action plans are created for the duration of each project as appropriate.
Ensure project have requirements documented and agreed to ensure that project activity meet agreed project objectives.
Develop and implement strategies as per the planned schedule in order to align project direction with the strategy, goals and commitments.
To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
- Project Coordinator Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's in the relevant engineering discipline or similar (Electrical and ECE)
Valid competency certificates
Relevant experience in project management with 3-5 years of working experience.
Strong project and contract management and skills.
Excellent organizational skills are fundamental, as is the ability to liaise with people at all organizational level.
Good understanding of performance management framework and tools in delivery of business objectives.
Familiar at handling many projects at a time.
Ability to juggle projects/priorities and deliver high quality outcomes under pressure.
Capability to provide timely, accurate and relevant project and portfolio reporting as agreed.
Experience of resource planning against the prioritized portfolio of projects
Possess advanced computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint Project, etc.) skills.
Negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities
Willing to frequently travel to Cebu, Manila and Bacolod.
