Assist the project manager to follow up customer orders and maintain customer information- Track the arrival of the materials according to the plan, and transfer them to the customer according to the customer's requirements after the arrival
Follow up the system to issue invoices and confirm customer payments
- Make customer reports and statistics on a regular basis.
Graduate of ECE/EE or any related courses
- Strong knowledge in MS Office and relevant database software
Good English skills both in written and verbal- Strong interpersonal skills; pleasing personality
Administrative and time/calendar management
- Keen to details; multitasker
