Overview
The Onsite Software Project Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating and overseeing software projects at client locations, ensuring successful delivery, and fostering strong client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks to ensure timely execution and delivery according to project plans and client requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review project progress, discuss any issues or concerns, and provide updates on project status. Ensure Customer Expectations are aligned with the development strategy. Ensure gap elimination between requirement understanding and development
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones achieved, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide and manage training and support to end-users on new systems, processes, and functionalities.
- Documenting and formalizing change requests (CR), and obtaining approval for CRs
- Facilitate UAT meetings with the customer and Monitor and track UAT progress, defects, and issues. Ensure UAT sign off from the customer
- Ensure effective client issue management process is followed right from identification to closure so that there is minimum impact in the project
- Strong understanding of the project domain with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to the client
