What we're looking for
The
Project Coordinator is responsible for delivering building development projects of varying size and complexity.
- Coordinates and updates the Client on the status of the Project
- Coordinates with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient fulfillment and execution of the Project
- Serves as the go-between for the Client and the Company
- Ensures the project is executed and fulfilled in a timely and cost effective manner
- Organizes and submits project billing
- Creation of project schedule
- Qualifications
- Educational Background (Minimum educational requirement and/or specific course requirement for the position)
- graduate of any Engineering course
- Training/Experience (Training/seminars, short courses required to perform the job)
- experience in supporting Project Management in the delivery of development projects
knowledgeable in office management systems- knowledge of the building development/redevelopment industry
background in auxiliary is a plus
- familiarity with construction methods and building codes
adept with computer applications
- Specific Skills and/or attitude
- organized

able to multi-task- good communication skills
