Responsibilities:
-Create systems or workflows
-Make sure projects and tasks are complete
-Campaign / Account Management
- Speak with clients to understand their needs for the project and take advantage of any opportunities to upsell.
- Coordinate with teams who are doing SEO, Google Ads, Web Development, and Social Media for the clients.
- Utilize a project management system to simplify and manage tasks across the range of clients being managed.
- Check-in with clients and provide updates on opportunities to increase their campaign budget.
- Work alongside the implementation team to understand ways to improve results.
-Content Creation
- Write emails to clients using MailChimp
- Support contractors by implementing their articles to their websites.
-Data Entry:
- Updating and placing client details in the CRM (Pipedrive).
- Review client information and segment audiences as required.
-Research
- Provide base research on a range of topics including business research.
-Answering Phone Calls
- Act as the first point of contact when the director is unavailable.
- Take messages for the director to return calls.
-Graphic Design (Not a requirement but a plus)
- Create simple poster designs using Adobe InDesign.
- Support the designers by applying quick edits when necessary.
Requirements:
- Digital Marketing Experience: 2+ years of experience with digital marketing.
- A good base understanding of digital marketing including SEO, Facebook Advertising, Google Ads, and general digital strategies.
- Project Management Software: Experience using project management systems like ClickUp
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks needing to be completed.
Additional Skills are a Plus:
- Google Ads certification
- Bluechip Certification (Facebook)
- Adobe Suite (Indesign & Illustrator are most important)
