JOB DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate and request schedule of inspection of substantially completed projects subject to turnover with various project stakeholders.
Secure acceptance of completed projects- Conduct joint inspection together with various project stakeholders
Generate and cascade report based on joint inspection findings
- Coordinate with concerned teams requirements required to do rectification works.
Assist in the monitoring and verification of completed corrective works- Facilitate on-time issuance of customer satisfaction surveys.
Cascade results of the conducted survey and provide recommendations/action plans on findings subject to improvement.
Facilitate timely and systematic turnover of completed units as ready for occupancy based on clients requirements.
- Formulate project turnover timelines through coordination with various project stakeholders
Monitor completion of housing units and land development works based on agreed project schedule- Ensure that all requirements like permanent utilities and facilities are in place before unit and project turnover
Secure schedule of turnover of housing units with previous project stakeholders
- Coordinate with project stakeholders regarding the schedule of turnover and installation of removable fixtures before turnover to beneficiaries
Manage the physical turnover and closing or acknowledgment of unit delivery with the end user/beneficiary- Responsively address and/or repair construction-related work items observe during unit turnover
Ensure the regular updating and accuracy of all monitoring reports including tracking and recording of relevant data.
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the management
