Job Summary:Responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget while meeting quality and safety standards.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify project challenges and mitigation strategies.- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and address any issues to ensure project success.
Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and approve project designs, drawings, and specifications.- Communicate project updates, status reports, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Provide technical guidance and support to the project team to resolve issues and achieve project goals.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
Ensure project completion within the designated timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.- Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required
Proven experience in project management and engineering.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
