Job Description

Project Broker Coordinator

The Broker Coordinator will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the sales office and model unit and monitoring of sales and special requests of brokers and clients.

Job Responsibilities:


- Implementation and enforcement of sales office house rules

- Assist all non-focused Alveo sellers (brokers, ALISI, non-focused In-House sellers)

- Provide project information, handle client presentation

- Handle the sale of walk-in clients when there are no In-House sellers manning the showroom

- Facilitate the reservation process for broker sales

- Help in the activation of accredited brokers & their agents

- Preparation of the daily and monthly walk-in reports and other required reports

- Sales monitoring (includes booking of accounts and after sales service)

Job Qualifications:


  • Preferably a graduate of any business course

  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Must possess excellent presentation skills

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
