Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • The B2B brand trainee is responsible for assisting the B2B and Food Service Brand Manager in executing the brand marketing strategies and marketing plans for the B2B and internal segment of the brand.
  • Maintain brand integrity across all B2B marketing initiatives and communications
  • Drive strong brand love amongst employees and build them as ambassadors of the brand
  • Maximize brand visibility and encourage preference amongst targeted segment

Principal Accountabilities:

Brand Identity Custodian

Support in ensuring that the Solane LPG brand identity guide is followed by all B2B and internal stakeholders and must have a keen focus on B2B customer appreciation and internal brand compliance for brand consistency.

Marketing Services

Work with the brand marketing services team, brand team and sales team to manage and implement above-the-line and below-the-line advertising and promotions support aligned to B2B and internal initiative specific campaigns. This competency shall manage:

Development and production of B2B branding requirements; point-of-sale marketing collaterals

Inventory and distribution management of B2B marketing services collaterals

Support creative and production requirements of the organization (for events and product launches) if necessary

Organization of CSR activities to promote the brand in the social and environmental aspects of society

Marketing Programs

  1. Assist in developing and executing above and below the line promotional activities to maintain B2B customer retention and grow market share through acquisition and conversions
  2. Execute seamless events and activities to build brand awareness and promote customer loyalty amongst existing partners
  3. Discovery of new and untapped potential industries
  4. Work with advertising agencies to create and launch advertising programs for B2B customers
  5. Identify and develop contacts for promotional campaigns and industry programs that meet identified buyers targets.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales promotion results to determine effectiveness of promotion campaign.
  7. Monitor company and competitor activities.
  8. Assist in designing and coordinate company sponsorship program.

Admin:

Assist in managing, maintain, and monitoring B2B brand cost center

Key Challenges:

The LPG Industry is a fast paced and competitive environment. The B2B Brand Trainee must therefore be aggressive and competitive in exploring opportunities and strategies to penetrate. He/She must aid in amplification of the brand's dominance in the industry. He/She must have exceptional communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, while also being a creative thinker with an in-depth understanding of the total market, its current and emerging trends to build a lasting relationship between the brand and our B2b and internal customers.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Degree
  • Minimum of 1 years of sales, marketing, media, or consumer research experience.
  • Experience in math, data analysis and interpretation of media/marketing information.
  • Experience in copywriting is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
