Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- With at least (1) year of experience in general HR function, particularly in Recruitment and Admin
- Strong understanding of talent management principles and practices
- Must have the ability to manifest strong interpersonal relationship and effectively deal with and relate with people from all levels across the organization|
- Must have an excellent verbal and written communication
- Must be highly organized with keen attention to details
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications

Job Description:
- Provide support for Recruitment Activities:
a. Prepare and post job ads thru job portals and social media.
b. Conduct initial screening of candidates by verifying their qualifications and experience.
c. Refers shortlisted candidates to requisitioning department for further interviews and assessment.
c. Conduct background check for qualified candidates.
- Provide support for Onboarding Activities:
a. Prepare onboarding related documents.
b. Issuance of company ID, office supplies, ATM account and uniforms.
- Provide support for Off boarding Activities:
a. Monitor off boarding requirements and clearance.
b. Files and maintain off boarding related documents.
- Provide support for Compensation & Benefits Activities:
a. Collects requirements of employees in availment of loans and benefits from the SSS, ECC, Pag-IBIG, PHIC, and other related employee welfare agencies.
b. Files all documents pertinent to compensation and benefits administration.
- Assists in Organizing Employee Relations Activities (e.g. sports, social, recreational and spiritual programs, general assemblies, team building, and other forms of employee gatherings).
- Provide Support for Administrative Activities:
b. Monitor and assists in issuance of housekeeping/cleaning supplies.
b. Prepare payment request for submission to finance department and update administrative expenses monitoring.
c. Monitor fixed asset inventory and prepare inventory report.
d. Assists in monitoring office housekeeping (e.g. weekly cleaning, pest control, disinfection, garbage collection).
e. Monitor and assists in processing of application and renewal of company permits, licenses and accreditation requirements such as business permits, fire, environment, sanitary permit, DOLE, and PCO, etc.
- Shall undertake any other related work assigned by the management
