Job Description:- Maintaining and safekeeping case folders and documentary evidence (Case Foldering, Labeling, Filing of docs)
- Assists in the prepareation of annexes to be attached to pleadings filed in court.
- Provides case folder/documents to the handling counsel.
- Log-in/out borrowed case folder/exhibit.
- Admin:
- Scan and rename mails and other legal documents.
- Confirm schedule of hearings.
- Corrdinate with witness/courts regarding requests of lawyers, etc.
- Assist I printing ad photocopying of pleadings and annexes.
- Track expenses for each case of Litigation Unit.
- Prepare Affidavit of Service, return cards, envelopes.
- Process Server:
- Obtain signatures from witnesses/officers of the bank.
- Secure certified ture copies of court documents from courts.
- Coordinate with post office/courts regarding requests for mailing particulars/case records.
- Assist in printing and photocopying of pleadings and annexes.
- Filing of pleadings by registered email, special courier, and/or personal service.
- Prepare Affidavit of Service, return cards, envelopes.
