Project Architect

Job Title: Architect - Food & Beverage (F&B) Industry

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Architect to join our team in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and a keen understanding of the unique needs and challenges of the F&B sector. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of restaurants, cafes, bars, and other F&B establishments, ensuring that all projects meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

• Key Responsibilities:

Design and Planning:

• Develop creative and functional architectural designs for various F&B establishments, including restaurants, cafes, bars, and food courts.

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints.

• Create detailed drawings, renderings, and models to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Project Management:

• Oversee all phases of project development from initial concept through completion.

Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Prepare and submit necessary documentation for permits and approvals.

Sustainability: Integrate sustainable design principles and practices into all projects to minimize environmental impact.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in sustainable architecture.

Client Interaction:

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and providing regular updates on project status.

Conduct post-occupancy evaluations to gather client feedback and ensure satisfaction.

• Technical Proficiency:

Utilize architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) for design and documentation.

• Stay current with industry advancements in building materials, technologies, and construction methods.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

• Professional licensure or certification as required by state regulations.

5+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on the F&B industry.

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous F&B projects.

Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
