Responsibilities:- Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and requirements.
Provide client's input & initiative during the design phase.- Review and evaluate design proposals to ensure they align with project goals, budget, and schedule.
Collaborate with external design teams and consultants to develop plans and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other applicable standards.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in architectural design and project management.
Previous work on diverse architectural projects is an advantage.- Experience conducting site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent.
Must be a licensed architect in the Philippines.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to the conceptualization and development of architectural designs.- Experience in creating detailed construction drawings and specifications.
In-depth knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards in the Philippines.
- Ability to navigate the regulatory approval process for architectural projects.
Familiarity with project budgeting and cost estimation related to architectural components.
