Work Setup: The first 2-4 weeks you are required to work onsite for the onboarding/training period and then transition to strictly remote/wfh.

- Job Type: 6 month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to fulltime depending on business needs.
Production from schematic design to construction documents- Ideally experience with Industrial Designing
Ability to understand architectural plans as well as plans from other consultants
- Experience with construction documents preparation and detailing
Licensed Architect preferred but not required
- 5+ years post-graduate, full-time professional experience.
Have done detailing in Revit,
shop drawings, wall sections, architectural details, cabinetry, etc.- Candidate must have an experience with construction documentation (finished a complete permit set)
US client experience is a must
.- Familiar Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
