Graduate of BS Architecture (Preferably with License)
Minimum of 4 years of Architectural Experience
Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Office, Sketchup
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Has good communication skills (verbal and written)
Self-motivated, has ability to work under pressure and indirect supervision
Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management to supervise Apprentice
Willing to handle multiple projects at a time under projects both design and project management in practice
Must be willing to work in Malabon City
Must be willing to do field work and site meetings
