Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil)

Preferably 2-5 Yrs Experience specialized in Design Coordination / Management, Project Management, Construction exposure- Preferred but not required; experience in BIM (
Building Information Modeling)
and/or TEKLA
- Assists in the overall project coordination
Preparation for meetings in regards with design coordination- Coordinates with designers / structural designers from various disciplines per project
Leads the project team from Schematic Design phase up to design / drawing completion and turn-over to Operations
- Monitors the project completion timeline
Assists the Operations during construction on the design concerns- Reviews the plans submitted by the designers
Primarily reports to the Design Manager
- Can Handle 2 to 3 projects under design and construction
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
