Position: PROJECT ARCHITECT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the coordination and production of residential, office, hospitality, healthcare and commercial/retail projects;
Assists in the monitoring and implementation of designs and plans in actual construction;- Coordinates with consultants if needed;
Facilitates seamless coordination between project supervision, CSD, and Production Department regarding the progress or status of the project;
- Proficient in AutoCad drafting and detailing in accordance with the established CADD standards of workmanship;
Able to interpret plans and engineering drawings correctly;- Good oral and written communication skills and must be articulate;
Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure.
- Responsible for assisting project heads in preparing CAD drawings using AutoCAD and other documentation for project presentation and project management;
