Job Responsibilities:- Conceptualize and create innovative and effective designs for a variety of projects from idea/concept to execution
Develop architectural and interior design plans in organized submissions for owner/contractor/consultant deliverables.- Ensure that the model aligns with the quality, standards, and goals of the BIM project workflow process
Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally in ensuring the model is produced on time, of high quality, and is easy to decipher
- Assist the project team in producing presentation materials and in coordinating FF&E designs with vendors and other resources
Create customized Revit content and assist with firm-wide dissemination- Assist the project associate in requesting a quotation to Gencon, Architect (signed and sealed plans), and accredited suppliers
Collaborate with internal/external team members on project deadlines and workflow milestones
- Project record-keeping and file organization
Filing of printing and budget request
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture- At least five (5) years of experience as an Architect - License Preferred
Experience in technical designing (AutoCAD)
- Five (5) years of experience on-site, fit-out, and construction
Project management and execution- Good communicator across all levels in the organization and other related fields of profession
Thorough knowledge of architectural building systems with the ability to create technical drawings and 3D models in accordance with standard construction techniques and principles
- Excellent time management with the project deliverables
Strong attention to technical details and ability to handle a number of projects- Knowledge of architectural and interior design standards and regulations is a plus
Good in risk management
- Can travel alone or drive to project sites to obtain site documentation and assessment when necessary
Highly-organized problem-solver with initiative and self-motivation
- All candidates must be willing to report in Pasig City office.
