- Review and interpretation of plans, working drawings and technical specifications.
Prepares and submit master submittal log based on general construction schedule.- Responsible for dissemination of approved plans, working drawings and/or technical specifications to all concerned technical staff.
Responsible for retrieval of obsolete/superseded plans, working drawings and/or technical specification from concerned technical staff.
- Responsible to supply necessary details and working drawings for easy understanding and interpretation of the work or produced to be implemented.
Inspects material samples/deliveries in accordance with the approved RFA, plans, working drawings or technical specifications.- Attends meetings with Vendors, Project Control Group and QAQC Group.
Attends Management Meetings/technical meetings with the consultants/owner.
- Attends operation meeting with technical staff.
Studies construction probabilities and improbabilities and recommends best solution.- Discuss the conflicts and discrepancies on plans against actual site condition and give best solution to the problem.
Prepare As-Built plans.
- Perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
Implements and complies with ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management System Requirements), ISO 14001+ Cor. - 2009 (Environmental Management System Requirements) and OHSAS 18001: 2007 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems Requirements).
