Responsible for assisting project heads in preparing CAD drawings using AutoCAD and other documentation for project presentation and project management.
Assists in the monitoring and implementation of designs and plans in actual construction.
Proficient in AutoCad drafting and detailing in accordance with the established CADD standards of workmanship
Able to interpret plans and engineering drawings correctly
Good oral and written communication skills and must be articulate
Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure.
Requirements: Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent;
Professional License in Architecture is an advantage;
Required skills: AutoCad, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint; Sketchup, Vray, Photoshop, 3D Max Studio skills, Revit & BIM Standards & Rendering talent will be an advantage.
At least 3 TO 5 years of working experience in architectural firm; Must be proficient in CAD Drafting & Design; Must be highly motivated and team player
Must be willing to work in BAMBAN TARLAC
