Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Architecture or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
With background in architectural planning and design, with CAD drafting and 3D Rendering.
Knowledgeable in project scheduling, cost control, cost estimating and quantity take-off.
With experience in site supervision and monitoring.
