Job Specifications:
Graduate of Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or Statistics, Computer Science and other computer-related courses.
Must possess good leadership qualities, above average comprehension, problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
Knowledge of basic computer operations and MS applications
With at least two years supervisory or project management experience
- Receives, evaluates and creates specifications based on client requirements
- Determines initial production parameters based on preliminary workflow
- Establishes productivity and quality measures, and monitoring system
- Evaluates resources and ensures proper allocation of software, workstations and area based on the demand of the project (for some units, this is a unit manager's task)
- Communicates directly with the client via conference call and email on matters relating to the project such as instructions, job queries, schedules, accuracy achievements, pricing, quality, improvement initiatives, and other client concerns
- Facilitates production meetings to discuss procedural details on how to achieve initial production parameters
- Monitors status of files to ensure delivery of required output in a timely manner (for some units, this is a supervisor's task)
- Checks and ensures all project-related programs conform with the client specifications and requirements
