Key Responsibilities:
- Can work with the developers in terms of timeline management to meet the expectation of the merchants/partners.
- Has a deep understanding or can quickly adapt (if newly hired) to the services that Paynamics is offering to its clients.
- Has a deep technical knowledge of software development life cycle. - Has a basic knowledge of ReactJS/NodeJS and Kotlin (optional)
- Can quickly analyze the structure, identify problems of the merchants/partners, and formulate ways for their businesses to improve.
- Updated to the latest implementation of new technology and systems of Paynamics.
- Can strategize solutions to concerns and problems of merchants and partners through team consultation and planning.
Qualifications:
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Analyst, Project Manager, or equivalent
- Strong Project Management skills
- Communication skills
