Job Description Summary
The role of Project Administrator is to coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure that any change request raised due to change of scope / timeline / budget is raised in the DB Governance Portal and done in a timely manner. Also follow up with the relevant stakeholders for timely approvals, once these are raised. And to track all outstanding submissions / approval of documents in accordance with the governance stage gates. Follow up with the relevant stakeholders / agencies and ensure these documents are submitted / approved in a timely manner.

About the Role:
On boarding of new resources / new vendors in vendor onboarding system.
Coordinate with Project Owner / Project Manager and raise Purchase Requests. Follow up with relevant work-streams for approvals.
Single Point of Contact for coordination and resolution of any issues (relevant to projects) with p2p system.
Assist with the preparation of presentation decks (basis brief from project owner) for senior level meetings.
Prepare minutes of meetings and follow up with relevant stakeholders on closure of action points.
About You:
Held previous role(s) with in business administration.
Previous experience with building industry desirable.
Solid understanding of corporate systems (e.g.: Workday, JDE, SAP, Engage2).
Advanced competency with MS Office, MS Powerpoint.
Intermediate competency with MS Excel.
Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.
