Construction Project/Administrative Assistant
Hiring a Project Assistant/Administrative Assistant who possesses great organizational abilities and attention to details to assist project team on all administrative matters, including organization of meetings and facilities preparation.
All candidates must have strop Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Job Role and Responsibilities:
Assist to all Solid K4 Project team
Office space organization.
Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and all required services to keep the office suitable for work.
Makes sure availability in stock of all office consumables for welfare facilities, maintenance, cleaning, IT, office supplies and safety.
Coordinate supply, cleaning, and maintenance of all office equipment to ensure continuous operation.
Make sure daily availability of all welfare services for the team (water, coffee, etc.)
Control of meeting rooms schedule and meetings.
Support team of meeting preparation and organization.
Support on Document Organization.
Responsible for package reception.
Support Team member with administrative topics.
Coordination of local transportation and drivers coordination (list of attendance, km lists, diesel lists, etc. )
Coordination of Accommodation, Hotel reservations
Coordination of Travels (fly tickets booking in coordination with HR agencies) and local transportation (Airport-Hotel-Airport).
And any other activity that may arise regarding office, team support and administrative issues.
Qualifications:
Proficient in English language (Spanish/Chinese are a plus)
Experience as an Office Assistant (preferred as manager assistant)
MS Office experience.
Willing to work in a Construction Site (Expansion Project) Antipolo City, Rizal
Working Hours: Mondays to Saturdays from 8:00 17:00 and upon request stay longer time or Sunday working. Flexible time to attend and coordinate transport service and hotel reservations is required.
