Job Description
ROLE PURPOSE
Assist in managing programs/projects, resource and risk management processes and metrics.
Assist in managing change management processes and metrics.
Assist in managing Managed Services Quarterly Reviews.
Responsibilities
Programs/ Projects, Resource and Risk Management
Prepare weekly project status reports and reports top issues and risks.
Monitor and report resource requirements to deliver projects.
Prepare monthly project portfolio performance reports.
Assist in managing project budget performance and reporting.
Change Management
Coordinate scheduling of CAB (Change Advisory Board) / Project Gate Review meeting, and prepare Minutes of the Meeting.
Encode Change Request tickets and track them up to Closure.
Assist in the preparation of the FSC (Forward Schedule of Change).
Assist in routing CPR documents in ticketing tool.
Managed Services Quarterly Reviews
Coordinate review schedules with vendors/IT contract owners, and book quarterly managed service review sessions.
Prepare and distribute Minutes of the Meetings.
Monitor and report action items log.
Job Qualifications
Graduate of a 4-year college course, related to Computer Science or Information Technology is a plus.
Knowledgeable on IT Project Management and IT Service Management is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and work on own initiative.
Ability to interact with managers and direct action.
ONSITE IN QUEZON CITY
MORNING SHIFT: 8AM - 5PM
