A. Job Summary
The position will directly report to Business Development Director and will collaborate actively with the sales team.

Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through building relationships leading to closing-of-the-sale in assigned accounts / project clients. Develops and implements agreed upon sales and marketing plans which will meet business plans of expanding customer base, revenues and profits with the assigned accounts. He/she must also provide excellent customer service to top developers, architects and contractors and handle concerns encountered at the job sites.

B. Qualifications
  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.With at least 5 years professional experience in project sales gained from any of the following industries:
- flooring materials (carpet tiles, vinyl tiles, etc.)
- Furniture
- decorative lighting
  • The candidate should have a strong network with developers, architects, interior
designers, contractors, and the like.
  • Persuasive, must have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Knowledgeable in professional selling techniques.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to sell and carry on a professional business relationship with business owners and project decision makers.
Must demonstrate the ability to both gather, submit and present in a detailed and
systematic way, project information for pricing and come up with solutions to problems encountered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,
  • 00 - Php35,000.00 per month
