Prepare posting instructions and post data to various CRMs, lead management systems and dialers such as Salesforce and Lead Conduit and Five
- Map data fields accurately between systems to ensure seamless data transfer and consistency.
Develop, test, and implement custom scripts and programs to automate data posting and integration processes.- Use of Formstack to prepare logical dynamic questionnaires for screening calls.
Prepare custom reports in CRMs..
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand their data requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly to minimize disruptions.- Maintain documentation of integration processes, mappings, and configurations.
Stay updated with the latest CRM and lead management technologies and best practices.
Proven experience in CRM integration and data mapping.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM systems.
Experience with API integration and webhooks.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.
- Experience with other lead management systems and tools.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.- Certification in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
