As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.

Lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service.
Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.
Provide solutions to work-related problems.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Problem Management.
Strong understanding of problem management processes and methodologies.
Experience in analyzing and resolving complex problems.
Proficiency in ITILv4 Foundation Certified.
Experience with problem management tools and software.
Solid grasp of incident management and change management processes.
Experience in leading problem management initiatives.
Experience in implementing problem management best practices.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Problem Management.
This position is based in Manila.
An ITILv4 Foundation Certified education is required.
