Our Information Security & Data Protection Office team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City with the role of Program & Project Delivery Lead.

In this role, you will support the overall delivery of approved programs and projects by coordinating and ensuring completion within budget and scope. You will also have to perform project management tasks, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and organizing management reports on program and project status.

What the role will entail

• Support coordination with internal resources and stakeholders for successful project execution and completion.
• Ensure adequate resource availability and allocation to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Enable definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders for technical feasibility.
• Develop detailed work plans and project plans, monitoring and tracking progress.
• Support changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Perform risk management, establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, and create comprehensive project documentation.

What we're looking for

• Bachelors Degree in either ICT, Computer Science or any relevant course
• Certification in either Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification is an advantage
• Proven work experience in managing projects/programs in Information Security, Compliance, Technology audit, or a related field in the banking industry or similar environment
• Strong working knowledge of office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Apps)
• Ability to analyze situations, challenges, and problems with perceptiveness and provide effective insights to address concerns
• Ability to act with a clear sense of ownership, follow through on commitments even without being told, and take personal responsibility for decisions, actions, and failures
