JOB SUMMARY- Assist the NTRL, NTP, PMDT Strategy and Area Manager, Team Leaders and Program Officers in monitoring and evaluating programmatic compliance of Laboratories to approved grant agreement. Provide administrative and technical assistance to facilities for performance improvement. Assist NTRL, NTP, and AC in preparing technical reports for national performance.
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees planning, implementation and evaluation of the Laboratory Network in coordination with NTRL, NTP, PBSP and other partners
- Prepares and submits accurate reports on a regular basis and provides other information/ documents required by GF, LFA, CCM, TWG, PBSP, and NTP
Coordinates and maintains good relations with external stakeholders involved in the program- Monitors, reports, and coordinates laboratory network performance, determine bottlenecks and implement immediate solutions as approved by the Strategy and Area Manager
Monitors and regularly evaluates laboratories in coordination with PBSP Team Leader, Program Officers, NTP and NTRL, including Xpert Sites, TB Culture and DST Centers implementation
- Monitors and oversees the Xpert expansion (from assessment to operationality) including its maintenance, operationality of TB CCs and ensuring the proficiency status of the DST Centers
Reviews, consolidates, and analyzes programmatic reports and requests- Coordinates with other program clusters and PBSP units
Coordinates with NTRL, PBSP and other partners for timely delivery of outputs
- Assists SAM, M&E Team in preparing Program Update and Disbursement Request (PUDR)
Facilitates processing of RITM-NTRL's replenishment for HR and other operational expenses and ensure that there is no occurrence of revolving fund depletion- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor and/or management

Pay: Php32,- 00 - Php36,000.00 per month
