Job Description:- Screening and assessing the eligibility, personal characteristics, skills and interest of the clients thoroughly via one-on-one interview and/or group sessions.
Advise and provide appropriate help to the client/s to what program they fit in based on their goals and motivation.- Research new marketing ways on how to promote the programs to the potential clients.
Maintain a database of all the previous and current clients they had engaged.
- Analyzes demographics and other information that can potentially improve marketing performance.
Maintain fruitful relationships with existing clients.- Layout, designs and create Marketing and Promotional materials for the company.
Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available during Man-to Man approach to the clients.
Must possess at least a Senior HS/College Level, Bachelor Degree holder is a huge advantage
- At least 1-2 year/s working experience in the related field, But open for fresh graduates
Must possess excellent English communication skills- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills for the purpose of engaging the clients in signing up.
Excellent organization and management capabilities, including being a team player and achiever.
- Must have the ability to deal and work under pressure in order to achieve the KPI set by the company.
