Job Summary
- Primarily responsible for the development, design and implementation of data science-driven campaigns and targeted product offerings through the bank's digital and traditional channels. The role is also responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing communication materials, special projects, events and other campaigns initiated within the various distribution channels of the bank, geared towards the enhancement and promotion of the bank's presence and deposit products.
How will you contribute
- Provides first-level formulation product/service strategies under the Department's
- Head's direction.
- Regular performance review and analysis of the assigned product and services line
- and output on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Responsible in providing branches with customer profile, possible leads, industry best
- practices and trends that would assist them in identifying the best fit product to offer in
- coordination with Smart Acquisition Department.
- Manages a portfolio of customers availing the assigned products and services
- provides oversight on implementation and after sales.
- Initiates and drives the communication & entrenchment of the Customer Experience across all
- touch-points whether it be on products, channels or services offered and act as point lead in
- effectively collaborating between different groups of the bank.
- Handles all escalated issues and provides for the necessary decision to address them and if
- necessary, seeks higher management on approval on recommended solutions.
- Creates concepts in defining end-to-end Digital Onboarding experience.

- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business- or Marketing-related, from a reputable university
- Knowledge in Product Development and Management, Product Marketing & Campaigns, Brand
- Management, Marketing Communications, Brand Management, Advertising, Digital
- Marketing and/or other related fields
- At least 1 year experience in product development, management and/or marketing, preferably from a financial institution (but not limited to banking) or FMCG
