About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of critical projects and initiatives within This role will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing complex transitions, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment.
- Track progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure adherence to project methodologies and best practices.
- Transition Management:
- Lead and manage complex transitions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and system upgrades.
- Develop and implement transition plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and change management initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure smooth transition processes.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges during the transition period.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and customers.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns effectively.
- Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives and plans.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the program.
- Analyze data and trends to inform program decisions and strategies.
- Team Leadership:
- Motivate and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
- Develop and implement performance management strategies for the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
Experience in leading complex transitions, including mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
Experience in the mortgage is a plus.
