POSITION SUMMARY:Deliver best practices in managing projects of high value/efficiency for the Philippine Factories. Integrate the cross-functional teams in delivering proper project management activities. Will also collaborate with non-factory teams in order to meet the overall mission of the project.
Lead a cross-functional project as well as Vertical Integration projects.
Plan and manage New Project development schedules and resource plans to deliver products on time and within budget.
Accountable for project KPI's: schedule, product and project cost targets, quality, compliance and customer Satisfaction.
- Support Philippine Factories in preparing project proposals.
- Manage projects according to a determined Gate process and ensure that any scope changes or changes to the financial targets are raised with recommendations for the appropriate action.
- Be a primary point of contact working with customer Project, Factory and non-Factory representatives.
- Coordinate with Design and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure design for manufacturability, manufacturing cycle-time and quality targets are met.
- Ensure a smooth Mass Production product launch for vertical integration related projects.
- Works with appropriate facilities/industrial engineering/production engineering teams to ensure smooth project transition.
- Responsible for documenting all aspects of the development project and ensuring that data is captured and used as lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
- SKILLS:
- Experience with Printed Circuit Board Assembly design and/or manufacturing.
- Ability and drive to meet projects, tasks and/or assignment deadlines.
- Assertive, Analytical, with strong communication, presentation and organizational skills in a multicultural environment.
- Project Management Professional an advantage
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any Engineering or any Computer Science related courses.
- At least 4 years experience as Program Manager or with a proven track-record of project management..
