As a Professional Services Engineer, Contact Engine expert and advocate, the focus is on delivering exceptional implementations, analysis, and support to clients globally. You'll start by collaborating closely with teams in the EU and US, ensuring smooth implementation and providing ongoing support. As Contact Engine expands into APAC, you'll lead the charge in implementation, quality assurance, and support for local clients, working closely with the Manila team to maintain high the standards across regions.
