Overview:
We are a dynamic, hospitality-focused nonprofit organization seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Only Sales Professional. This role involves selling tailored marketing and consulting packages to venues within the food and beverage industry. Our organization supports the hospitality sector through innovative solutions and strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Engage Prospects:
- Research and identify potential clients within the food and beverage industry, including restaurants, bars, cafes, and event venues.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
Sales Process Management:
- Conduct needs assessments to understand clients marketing and consulting requirements.
- Present and sell our comprehensive marketing and consulting packages, demonstrating how our solutions can enhance their business operations and growth.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and providing ongoing support.
Achieve Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure consistent results.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the marketing and consulting teams to stay informed about the latest service offerings and industry trends.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing and consulting services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only position, with income based on royalties and competitive commission rates. Successful sales professionals have the potential to earn significant income based on their results.
